Home / Services
From armed deterrence to overnight concierge coverage, AGN staffs, trains, and supervises every post the same way — so you get consistent protection regardless of which service you need.
Many properties don’t need 24-hour staffing — they need reliable coverage during the hours that matter most, plus the ability to call for a rapid response when something comes up. AGN’s courtesy patrol is built around randomized patrol coverage for specific hours, so sweeps of your property don’t fall into a predictable pattern that’s easy to learn and work around.
Included with every package: Complimentary, unlimited afterhours call response for residents — no matter which patrol plan you choose.
Flexible & Budget-Friendly
Highest Deterrence
AGN’s armed officers are rigorously trained and fully equipped to respond to a wide range of scenarios — from routine access control to fast-moving incidents that call for fast, decisive action. Armed coverage is the right fit for properties and communities where visible deterrence and a rapid, capable response matter most: apartment communities and HOAs that want the strongest possible presence at their gates and entrances, properties with a history of trespassing or violent incidents, and churches, synagogues, and other properties with heightened safety concerns.
Not every property needs an armed presence — many need consistent eyes on the property, a friendly face at the door, and someone to keep small issues from becoming big ones. AGN’s unarmed officers provide observational security services and night-time concierge coverage for apartment communities, retirement communities, and assisted living facilities where tone and approachability matter as much as vigilance.
Approachable & Observant
24/7 Emergency Coverage

When a fire alarm, sprinkler system, or other suppression system is impaired or out of service, most fire codes require continuous fire watch until the system is restored. AGN provides 24/7 emergency fire-watch coverage with a rapid response team that can be on-site quickly to keep your property compliant and safe during the outage window.
Live-monitored, solar-powered camera trailers that deploy anywhere — with a real officer dispatched the moment something needs attention. Built for construction sites, car dealerships, and other open lots where equipment or inventory sits unattended overnight.
What sets us apart: Our patrol team can typically intervene before police arrive — because every minute counts when your assets are at risk.

Common Questions
Armed officers carry a firearm and complete additional firearms and use-of-force training, and are typically deployed where a higher-risk deterrent presence is needed. Unarmed officers focus on observation, access control, and customer-facing duties such as concierge services, and do not carry a firearm.
AGN places NFC beacons at checkpoints around your property. Officers tap each beacon during their rounds and capture watermarked, GPS- and time-stamped photos, creating a verifiable patrol record so property managers can see exactly when and where coverage occurred.
AGN maintains a rapid response fire watch team, typically on-site within a couple of hours, 24/7/365, for situations such as impaired sprinkler systems, fire alarm outages, or hot-work permits that require continuous monitoring until systems are restored.
AGN’s direct coverage focuses on the Greater Denver Area in Colorado and the Louisville and Lexington metro areas in Kentucky. Outside those regions, AGN can coordinate coverage through an extensive network of trusted vendor partners. See our Locations page for details.
